The Big Apple is the brainchild of Steve Wheelband, who spent many years in the United States. On his return to England, he was food and beverage manager at a local hotel before taking over the Beach venue in July 2008. Recently joining forces with Jonathan West an acclaimed Head Chef formerly specialising in fine cuisine. We pride ourselves with friendly staff and good service offering you a warm atmosphere.
